How Florida alumni spread across the league
The 9 players are distributed across 8 teams, meaning almost every Florida alum is the lone Gator on his roster. Golden State is the one exception, carrying both Horford (#20) and Will Richard (#3). The remaining players each represent their team solo: Bradley Beal with the LA Clippers, Dorian Finney-Smith with the Atlanta Hawks, Colin Castleton with the Orlando Magic, Tre Mann with the Washington Wizards, Alijah Martin with the Toronto Raptors, Walter Clayton Jr. with the Memphis Grizzlies, and Zyon Pullin with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Heights and ages across the group
Colin Castleton is the tallest of the group at 6'10", playing center for Orlando and wearing #14. Alijah Martin is the shortest at 6'2", suiting up as a guard for Toronto in #55. Between them, most of the guards cluster at 6'4". Al Horford, born in 1986 in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, is the oldest active Florida alum in the league at 40. Walter Clayton Jr., born in 2003 in Lake Wales, FL, is the youngest at 23.
Birthplaces represented in this group
Eight of the 9 players were born in the United States, with birthplaces spread across Florida, Georgia, California, Missouri, Mississippi, and Virginia. Al Horford is the one player born outside the US, born in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. Three players were born in Florida itself — a natural pipeline for a program based in Gainesville.
